Character Profile – The Lost Artefacts: The Wolf ‘Jax’

Jax is a large white wolf with striking purple eyes that glow with an otherworldly light. With a coat as pristine as fresh snow and a build that rivals a bear, he stands notably larger than ordinary wolves.

First encountered in the dense forests of Nowhere, Jax initially appears as a wild animal in distress, caught in a hunter’s trap. Despite his predicament, he maintains a regal bearing that hints at something beyond an ordinary woodland creature. His intelligence is immediately apparent in his thoughtful gaze and his careful assessment of strangers.

What makes Jax truly remarkable is his mysterious ability to traverse spaces that should be impassable to a normal animal. He demonstrates an uncanny knack for appearing exactly when needed, regardless of physical barriers or distances. This supernatural mobility, combined with his fierce protective instincts, makes him an invaluable ally in dangerous situations.

Jax forms a special connection with those he chooses to accompany, showing particular loyalty to those who treat him with kindness and respect. Though he cannot speak, he communicates effectively through Lincoln and their Phoenine connection.
