Routine Tracker is a personal productivity app that helps users build and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly routines. The app is designed to function primarily offline, with optional iCloud synchronisation for users who choose to enable it.

3. How We Use Your Information
Since Routine Tracker operates primarily as a local-only app, your data usage is straightforward:
Local Data Processing
- Task Management: Store and manage your tasks, completion history, and preferences locally on your device
- Notifications: Send local push notifications based on your reminder settings
- App Functionality: Provide core features like task tracking, calendar views, and progress monitoring
Photo Library Access
When you grant photo library permissions:
- Access is only used when you actively select a custom background image for a task
- Selected images are stored locally on your device
- We never upload, share, or transmit your photos to external servers
- You can revoke photo access at any time through iOS Settings
Important Note
All data processing happens locally on your device. We do not operate any servers that collect, process, or store your personal information. Your task data never leaves your device unless you choose to enable iCloud sync.
4. Data Storage and Security
Local Storage
All your task data is stored locally on your device using:
